农业新质生产力背景下农业职业院校服务乡村振兴的实践与思考
Practice and Reflection on Agricultural Vocational Colleges Serving Rural Revitalization under the Background of Agricultural New Quality Productive Forces

Abstract
Under the backdrop of agricultural new quality productive forces driving agricultural modernization,agricultural vocational colleges are confronted with new requirements to cultivate inter-disciplinary talents,drive integrated technological innovation,and provide targeted services for regional development.This research employs a practical case analysis approach to examine the existing misalignments between talent supply and industrial demands,the mismatch between technological development and application,and the lag in social service delivery methods within these colleges.By analyzing the practical case of Jiangsu Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry,the study summarizes its exploratory experiences in innovating talent development systems,enhancing integrated innovation capabilities,and deepening social services.The paper concludes that agricultural vocational colleges need to anchor their service orientation,integrate traditional strengths with core elements,construct authentic practical scenarios with highly-qualified faculty,and foster college-local collaboration and resource sharing to enhance their capacity and effectiveness in serving rural revitalization.关键词
