碱溶性黄麻叶多糖的理化特征及生物活性
Physiochemical Properties and Bioactivities of Alkali-Soluble Polysaccharides from Jute Leaves

Abstract
In order to investigate the physicochemical characteristics and bioactivities of alkali-soluble polysaccharides(AJP)from jute leaves,a dilute alkaline solution was used to extract AJP from the residue remaining after extraction of water-soluble polysaccharide(WJP).A systematic comparison of the physicochemical properties,functional characteristics,and bioactivities of AJP and WJP was conducted.The results indicated significant differences between AJP and WJP in terms of chemical composition,monosaccharide composition,molecular weight,and microstructure.Analysis of functional properties revealed that AJP exhibited superior emulsifying properties,water-holding capacity,oil-holding capacity,and cholesterol adsorption capacity.Evaluation of bioactivities demonstrated that both polysaccharides possessed antioxidant and immunomodulatory activities.Specifically,WJP showed slightly stronger antioxidant and immunoenhancing activities than AJP,while both exhibited comparable anti-inflammatory activity.This study confirms that AJP is a potential resource with good functional properties and bioactivities,providing a new theoretical basis and development direction for the high-value comprehensive utilization of jute leaves.关键词
