摘要

Abstract

The integration of vocational and general education is a critical pathway to establishing the relationship between education and the socio-economy.Its core lies in achieving a"differentiated integration"between vocational and general education based on their distinct characteristics.Theories such as the social division of labor,human capital heterogeneity,and educational niche collectively form the theoretical foundation for this"differentiated integration",demonstrating its necessity and feasibility from the perspectives of functional complementarity,knowledge differentiation,and system symbiosis,respectively.However,in the process of"differentiated integration",there are multiple practical challenges,such as institutional barriers and cognitive constraints,structural segregation and a mismatch between supply and demand,as well as systemic rigidity and dynamic imbalances.To solve these problems,measures such as promoting modular curriculum integration,establishing a multidimensional and multi-tiered evaluation system,enhancing teachers' cross-boundary competencies,and innovating flexible governance mechanisms can be implemented to systematically enhance the effectiveness of its implementation.
