Abstract
As an important part of the national scientific and technological innovation system,"Double First-Class"universities should give full play to their scientific research advantages,actively promote the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements,and effectively serve the development of an innovative economy.Under the new development pattern,the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements in"Double First-Class"universities is faced with practical situations such as the urgent need to update concepts,innovate scientific research management systems and mechanisms,and improve the service system for the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements.The restrictive factors for the industrialization of their scientific and technological achievements include the connection between scientific and technological achievements and the market,the evaluation system of scientific and technological achievements,the industrialization system of scientific and technological achievements,and scientific research funds.In this regard,efforts should be made to innovate the concept of industrialization of scientific and technological achievements and optimize the mode of industrialization of scientific and technological achievements;establish a scientific evaluation system and improve the benefit-sharing mechanism;improve the transformation system of scientific and technological achievements and guide the healthy and sustainable development of intermediary institutions;expand the sources of scientific research funds and improve the efficiency of fund use,so as to realize the high-quality development of the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements in"Double First-Class"universities.关键词
