胚胎移植时导管尖端与宫腔中线夹角对临床妊娠率的影响
Impact of angle between catheter tip and uterine cavity midline during embryo transfer on clinical pregnancy rate

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the impact of the angle(α)between the catheter tip and the uterine cavity midline during embryo transfer on the clinical pregnancy rate.Methods:Clinical and ultrasound data of 190 patients undergoing ultrasound-guided embryo transfer were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into two groups based on angle α,the group of α≤12°(95 cases)and the group of α>12°(95 cases).The outcomes were compared including catheter tip contacting endometrial fundus,catheter tip blood staining,clinical pregnancy rate,and implantation rate.Results:The group of α≤12° showed significantly lower incidences of catheter tip contacting endometrial fundus and catheter tip blood staining,and higher rates of clinical pregnancy,implantation and multiple pregnancy compared to the group of α>12°(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Maintaining an angle of α≤12° between the catheter tip and the uterine cavity midline during embryo transfer is associated with significantly improved the clinical pregnancy rates.关键词
