芒针断续波交替针刺"腹四穴"、"骶四穴"配合缩肛操治疗老年女性压力性尿失禁的临床观察
Clinical Observation of Elongated Needle with Intermittent Wave Electroacupuncture at"Abdominal Quadruple Acupoints"and"Sacral Quadruple Acupoints"Combined with Anal Contraction Exercise for Elderly Women with Stress Urinary Incontinence

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of intermittent wave acupuncture of the"Abdominal Quadruple Acupoints"and"sacral Quadruple Acupoints"combined with anal contraction exercises in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence in elderly women,and to provide a new method for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence in elderly women.Method:A total of 100 outpatients and inpatients from the acupuncture department who met the diagnostic criteria for stress urinary incontinence(SUI)in elderly women and were admitted to Zhangye Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2024 to February 2025 were selected and randomly and equally divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with intermittent wave acupuncture of the"Abdominal Quadruple Acupoints"and"Sacral Quadruple Acupoints"combined with anal contraction exercises.The control group was treated with traditional acupuncture combined with anal contraction exercises.After 20 days of treatment,the amount of urine leakage was recorded through the International Advisory Committee on Urinary Incontinence Questionnaire Scale(ICIQ-SF)and the 1-hour urine pad test.The improvement rate of ICIQ-SF score and the improvement rate of urine leakage in the 1-hour urine pad test were used as evaluation indicators.Result:Compared with the control group,the recorded urine leakage volume in the ICIQ-SF and 1-hour urine pad tests in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement rate of the ICIQ-SF score and the improvement rate of urine leakage in the 1-hour urine pad test in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of stress urinary incontinence in elderly women,alternating acupuncture of the"Abdominal Quadruple Acupoints"and"Sacral Quadruple Acupoints"with intermittent waves of the mang needle,combined with the method of anal contraction exercises,is an efficient and simple approach.关键词
