Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Huoxue Huayu Tongluo Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of acute stroke with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Method:A total of 88 patients with acute stroke due to qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome admitted to Jingbian County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with acupuncture(warm acupuncture)(44 cases),while the observation group was supplemented with Huoxue Huayu Tongluo Decoction on the basis of the control group(44 cases).The occurrence of adverse reactions,TCM syndrome scores,therapeutic effects and hemodynamics were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,no statistically significant differences were observed in hemodynamic parameters and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Following treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group exhibited higher peak systolic velocity(Vs),end-diastolic velocity(Vd),mean flow velocity(Vm)of the middle cerebral artery,as well as a superior overall response rate.Concurrently,lower TCM syndrome scores were recorded for hemiplegia,facial deviation,and dysarthria(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events,including nausea/vomiting,rash,and fever,did not differ significantly between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For acute stroke patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,the combined treatment of Huoxue Huayu Tongluo Decoction and acupuncture can increase intracranial blood flow velocity,improve symptoms,has good therapeutic effect and high safety,and has certain application value.关键词
