Abstract
Objective:To explore the improvement effect of timed acupoint massage of Midnight-Noon Ebb-Flow on gastrointestinal symptoms and related indicators in hemodialysis patients.Method:A total of 78 hemodialysis patients admitted to Guangzhou Guanggang New Town Hospital from January 2022 to January 2025 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group,on the basis of routine care,combined with timely acupoint massage of Midnight-Noon Ebb-Flow.The levels of gastrointestinal symptoms[Gastrointestinal Symptom Scale(GSRS)score],gastrointestinal hormones[somatostatin(SS),gastrin(GAS),motilin(MOT)],quality of life[Short Form of Quality of Life for Kidney Disease(KDQOL-SFTM1.3)]and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:After the intervention,the scores of each dimension of GSRS,the levels of GAS and MOT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the SS level and the scores of each dimension of KDQOL-SFTM1.3 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of skin allergy,electrolyte imbalance,muscle spasm and gastrointestinal injury in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Timed acupoint massage of Midnight-Noon Ebb-Flow can effectively relieve gastrointestinal symptoms in hemodialysis patients,improve gastrointestinal hormone levels,enhance the quality of life,and has good safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
