Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of copper bian Guasha Combined with auricular acupressure on patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Method:A total of 90 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo who were treated in Nanxiong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to July 2024 were included.They were divided into control group(conventional western medicine treatment,n=45)and observation group(copper bian Guasha combined with auricular acupressure on the basis of the control group,n=45)by random number table method.The scores of Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI),Dizziness Assessment Scale(DARS),TCM syndrome score and World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the DHI score,DARS score and TCM symptom score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of WHOQOL-BREF in all dimensions were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional treatment combined with token copper needle scraping with auricular point seed embedding intervention for patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo can effectively alleviate the vertigo symptoms of patients,improve the TCM syndrome,and enhance the quality of life.关键词
