中药保留灌肠配合艾灸对慢性盆腔炎患者护理中的影响

Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with moxibustion on the nursing of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID).Method:A total of 88 patients with CPID admitted to Jingzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into a control group(treated with conventional Western medicine treatment and care)and an observation group(treated with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with moxibustion on the basis of the control group)according to the random lottery method,with 44 cases in each group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The effect rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Clinical symptomatology and TCM syndrome scores in observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of CPID patients,the use of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with moxibustion can achieve ideal results.It can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,improve the therapeutic effect,without increasing adverse reactions,and has a relatively high safety level.关键词
