国医大师杨震运用"相火理论"从肝体辨治肝损害患儿1例
A case of treating"Liver Injury"child by National TCM Master Yang Zhen based on the"Theory of Ministerial Fire"from the liver body differentiation treatment

Abstract
Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine Yang Zhen treated a child with severe hepatitis-induced liver damage.The etiology of liver injury in children is complex,and its clinical manifestations are often non-specific.While most cases can be alleviated or cured with treatment,a small number of patients still experience severe symptoms and poor prognoses.In Traditional Chinese Medicine,this condition falls under the category of"Jiju".Based on the theory that"liver as yin in substance and yang in function",Professor Yang Zhen applied the"theory of ministerial fire"and adopted the therapeutic principle of"tonifying the liver substance and restoring the liver function".Following this approach,the child's symptoms were relieved,and liver function continued to improve,effectively controlling the disease progression.This case provides a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of similar conditions.关键词
