The dialectical essentials of professor Qiu Jianxing's academic thoughts on the harmonious regulation of the spleen-stomach

Abstract
The interconnection between the spleen-stomach and liver is an important aspect of Professor Qiu Jianxing's academic thoughts.Professor Qiu has over 50 years of clinical experience treating diseases of the spleen-stomach,and liver-gallbladder,and has accumulated rich clinical experience in regulating the liver and treating the spleen,forming academic thoughts with unique Lingnan characteristics.Professor Qiu believes that the balance of the body's qi mechanism lies in the harmonious regulation of the middle energizer,and the key to harmony lies in the spleen-stomach,and liver.The spleen,stomach,and liver are located in the middle of the body,connecting the upper and lower parts,and are important centers for the operation of qi mechanism.In treatment,strengthening the spleen cannot be separated from soothing the liver,and regulating the liver should not forget to protect the spleen.The therapeutic method of soothing the liver and promoting descent is used to treat acute and chronic gastritis,enteritis,cirrhosis,upper gastrointestinal bleeding,etc,with unique Lingnan characteristics in medication.This article systematically summarizes Professor Qiu Jianxing's academic thoughts on the harmonious regulation of the spleen-stomach,and liver and the experience of Lingnan medication.关键词
