神经镜像激活康复理念对脑卒中后肩手综合征患者的效果
The Effect of the Neural Mirror Activation Rehabilitation Concept in Patients with Shoulder-Hand Syndrome after Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of the concept of neural mirror activation rehabilitation on patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Method:Eighty patients with SHS stage I who were treated at the Honor Military Rehabilitation Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from October 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects.And they were divided into the classic group and the analysis group by simple randomization,with 40 cases in each group.The classic group received conventional rehabilitation training,while the analysis group received rehabilitation training supported by the concept of mirror activation rehabilitation.The final summary result were analyzed.Result:The hierarchical distribution data of rehabilitation effects showed that the level of neuro-motor integration rehabilitation in the analysis group was better than that in the classic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study on the changes of neurogenic pain index showed that the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the analysis group after intervention was lower than that of the classic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The neural plasticity of multimodal comfort perception in the environmental,physiological,social and psychological aspects induced the multimodal comfort situation after intelligent rehabilitation in the analysis group was higher than that in the classic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with shoulder-hand syndrome,the introduction of the concept of neural mirror activation rehabilitation is beneficial for improving their neuro-motor rehabilitation level,reducing their pain score,and enhancing their multi-dimensional comfort perception.关键词
