摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of focused ultrasound technology in facial rejuvenation, wrinkle improvement, and skin tightening. Methods A total of 50 patients treated at XX Hospital from January 2025 to May 2025 were enrolled and underwent focused ultrasound therapy.Postoperative aesthetic assessment(GAIS),facial wrinkle score(WSRS),patient satisfaction, and adverse reactions were observed at 1 and 3 months after treatment. Results After three months of treatment, the GAIS score was further improved compared to that after one month of treatment, with a statistically significant difference(Z=2.909,P=0.004).The WSRS score was further decreased after three months of treatment compared to that after one month of treatment, with a statistically significant difference(Z=2.747,P=0.006).One month after treatment, the total satisfaction rate of the patients was 58%(29/50),and it increased to 84%(42/50)three months after treatment, with a statistically significant difference(Z=2.406,P=0.016).Mild adverse reactions occurred in 8 patients but were effectively alleviated after occurrence. Conclusions Focused ultrasound demonstrates significant clinical efficacy in facial rejuvenation, with notable skin tightening, wrinkle reduction, high patient satisfaction, and mild adverse reactions, making it worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
