Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser combined with botulinum toxin type A injection in the treatment of periorbital wrinkles.Methods A total of 80 medical records of patients with periorbital wrinkles admitted to Renhe Hospital affiliated with China Three Gorges University from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected.Based on treatment differences,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received fractional CO2 laser therapy,while the observation group additionally received botulinum toxin type A injections.The VISIA wrinkle scores,Fitzpatrick wrinkle scores,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the VISIA wrinkle score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);after 3 months of treatment,the Fitzpatrick wrinkle score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05),and the difference was statistically significant;there was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusions Patients with periorbital wrinkles who receive ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser combined with botulinum toxin type A injection can improve their ocular wrinkles,with fewer adverse reactions.关键词
