Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Q1064 nm laser combined with hydroquinone cream in the treatment of melasma.Methods Collect medical records of 96 patients with melasma admitted to the Dermatology Department of Shengze Hospital in Jiangsu Province from January 2023 to December 2024,and divide them into two groups of 48 patients each according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with hydroquinone cream,while the study group was treated with Q1064 nm laser combined with hydroquinone cream.The skin lesion condition,lesion area and color score,biomarker level,incidence of complications,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the severity score(9.62±1.57),lesion area(0.96±0.21),and color score(0.98±0.35)of the study group were lower than those of the control group(12.24±2.61),lesion area(1.56±0.48),and color score(1.75±0.47);The levels of luteinizing hormone(11.49±2.17)IU/L and cyclooxygenase-2(2.24±0.25)mmol/L in the study group were lower than those in the control group(16.83±2.67)IU/L and(2.98±0.39)mmol/L.The level of vascular endothelial growth factor in the study group(114.48±12.35)ng/mL was higher than that in the control group(98.87±11.28)ng/mL;The treatment efficacy rate of the research group(93.75％)was higher than that of the control group(75％)(P＜0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions The combination of Q1064 nm laser and hydroquinone cream in the treatment of melasma can improve the skin lesions of patients,regulate their biomarker levels,achieve significant clinical efficacy,and have controllable safety.关键词
