中医理论下康复护理在老年AIS患者中的应用效果
Application Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory in Elderly Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing based on Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)theory in elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS)undergoing intravenous thrombolysis.Method:A total of 80 elderly AIS patients receiving intravenous thrombolysis admitted to Qidong People's Hospital from May 2020 to September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,while the intervention group received rehabilitation nursing based on TCM theory.The fatigue degree(including fatigue impact on life and fatigue severity),neurological function,limb function,and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared before intervention and after 3 months of intervention.Result:After 3 months of intervention,the intervention group had lower scores of fatigue-related indicators(fatigue impact on life and fatigue severity),neurological deficit score,and TCM syndrome score than the control group,and a higher limb function score than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing based on TCM theory helps relieve self-perceived fatigue of elderly AIS patients undergoing intravenous thrombolysis,improve neurological and limb function,and reduce TCM syndrome scores.关键词
