Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of combined intradermal injection of compound glycyrrhizic acid,thioctic acid,and concentrated growth factors(CGF)with long-pulsed 1 064 nm laser in treating melasma in women.Methods From June 2022 to June 2024,300 women with melasma were divided into five groups based on their order of consultation:a group treated solely with long-pulsed 1 064 nm laser,a group treated with intradermal injection of compound glycyrrhizic acid,a group treated with intradermal injection of thioctic acid,a group treated with intradermal injection of CGF,and a combined group(thioctic acid,compound glycyrrhizic acid,and CGF combined with long-pulsed 1 064 nm laser).Each group had 60 patients.The long-pulsed 1 064 nm laser was administered once a month.The compound glycyrrhizic acid,thioctic acid,and CGF groups received intradermal injections of 5mL of compound glycyrrhizic acid,5 mL of thioctic acid,and 5mL of CGF,respectively,every 15 days.The combined group first received long-pulsed 1 064 nm laser treatment,followed by intradermal injections of 5mL of compound glycyrrhizic acid and 2 mL of thioctic acid on the same day,with a second injection after 15 days.This regimen was continued for 3-6 months until the melasma significantly lightened,after which long-pulsed 1 064 nm laser and CGF treatments were administered monthly for another 3-6 months.Adverse reactions and efficacy were recorded after 12 months.Results After 12 months of treatment,the total effective rate ranged from 46.67%to 65.00%in the control groups,compared to 98.33%in the combined group,with a statistically significant difference(x2=8.82,P<0.01).No adverse reactions were observed in any of the groups during treatment.Conclusions The combined intradermal injection of compound glycyrrhizic acid,thioctic acid,and CGF with long-pulsed 1064nm laser for treating melasma in women provides a new approach through multi-target synergistic effects,significantly improving pigment metabolism and reducing recurrence rates.关键词
