摘要
Abstract
Metabolic-associated fatty liver disease is a common chronic liver condition that poses a significant threat to human health.Traditional Chinese medicine has shown considerable efficacy in treating this disease,which is closely associated with the dysfunction of Qi movement.This paper provides a systematic interpretation based on the theory of"soil wet and wood depression"from Huang Yuanyu's Four Sages'Heart Source.The primary etiology and pathogenesis involve insufficient middle Qi,leading to dampness and impaired transportation in the Spleen Earth,as well as suppression and depressive sinking of the Liver Wood.The treatment principle focuses on"drying Earth and promoting Wood"to restore the pivotal function of the middle Qi.This approach aims to enrich the clinical management of fatty liver disease and offer new perspectives for its diagnosis and treatment.关键词
