摘要
Abstract
Metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)has become the largest chronic liver disease in China.Professor Gao Yueqiu believes that the core pathogenesis of MAFLD is spleen deficiency,dampness,and blood stasis,with unfavorable qi function.Blood stasis is the main contradiction throughout the course of the disease.Based on years of clinical experience,starting from the four aspects of cultivating soil as the first priority for phlegm self elimination,regulating qi in the ascending and descending phases,resolving blood stasis throughout the disease,and not forgetting to clear and supplement,we have created the Shen Ge Formula for the treatment of MAFLD.A verification case is attached at the end of the article.关键词
