肝硬化肌肉减少症中西医发病机制及治疗的研究进展
Progress of research on the pathogenesis and treatment of cirrhosis myasthenia gravis in Chinese and Western medicine

Abstract
Cirrhotic sarcopenia is a common complication among cirrhotic patients,and its incidence increases with the progression of cirrhosis.The condition not only affects the quality of life of patients,but is also closely related to poor prognosis.In terms of pathological mechanisms,Chinese medicine believes that cirrhosis myasthenia gravis is mainly related to the imbalance of qi,blood,yin,and yang,while Western medicine believes that it is related to factors such as hyperammonemia,inflammation,and insulin resistance.In terms of treatment,Chinese medicine focuses on regulating internal organs,tonifying qi and blood,and improving disease symptoms through herbs,acupuncture,and qigong exercises.Western medical treatment focuses on controlling the progression of cirrhosis,improving nutritional status,regulating metabolic levels,etc,as well as interventional therapy when necessary.This article comprehensively analyses the understanding of Chinese and Western medicine on the pathogenesis of cirrhosis,myasthenia gravis,and discusses their respective therapeutic strategies,with the aim of providing new ideas for integrated treatment in clinical therapy,with a view to improving the symptoms of myasthenia gravis in patients with liver cirrhosis and improving their quality of life.关键词
