Scientific Connotation,Historical Logic and Practical Approach of the Vocational Education System of Industry-education Integration under the Background of Building a Powerful Education Country

Abstract
Constructing the vocational education system of industry-education integration is the basic requirement of building a powerful education country.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify that the vocational education system of industry-education integration is an integral concept that cannot be disassembled,the practical goal is to build a powerful education country,and the ultimate direction is system construction.Since the reform and opening-up,the vocational education system of industry-education integration has experienced the period of system reconstruction(1978-1990),market adaptation(1991-2005),system improvement(2006-2013),deep integration(2014-2019),and strategic upgrading(2020 to present).In the future,the practical approach of the industry-education integration vocational education system should follow the four-in-one logical framework of"institutional innovation-ecological reconstruction-ability revolution-evaluation traction",and realize the paradigm transition of vocational education from instrumental rationality to value rationality.关键词
