高职院校学科专业一体化建设的基本逻辑、现实困境与破解路径
Basic Logic,Practical Dilemmas and Solution Paths of the Integrated Construction of Disciplines and Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract
Against the backdrop of steady expansion and development of vocational undergraduate education,higher vocational colleges have long held a tendency of"prioritizing majors over disciplines"in the construction of disciplines and majors,resulting in insufficient motivation for their coordinated development.Accordingly,the integrated construction of disciplines and majors in higher vocational colleges should establish the concept of"teaching,research and innovation teams supporting the industry-education integration,industry-education integration platforms enhancing disciplinary advantages,and disciplinary advantages reconstructing influence of majors",and build an interactive framework of"team-platform-discipline-major".At present,the integrated construction faces dilemmas such as insufficient supporting efficiency of teaching,research and innovation teams coupled with superficial industry-education integration,hollowed-out construction of industry-education integration platforms and unbalanced disciplinary transformation efficiency,weak endogenous foundation of disciplinary advantages and lack of empowerment mechanisms for influence of majors.Taking Huzhou Vocational and Technical College as a practical sample,this paper puts forward a series of solution paths,including building teaching,research and innovation teams to consolidate the foundation of industry-education integration,constructing high-level industry-education integration platforms to accelerate the cultivation of disciplinary advantages,giving play to the leading role of disciplinary advantages to enhance the core competitiveness of majors,and fostering a coordinated development ecosystem to consolidate the foundation of integrated construction.关键词
