Medication Law of Ancient Prescriptions Containing Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To analyze the medication law and compatibility characteristics of the prescriptions containing Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum in ancient medical books using data mining techniques.Methods Search for literature about ancient prescription books in the Chinese Medical Classics was retrieved.Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform 2.3.9 was used to analyse symptom frequency,symptom clustering,medication properties,tastes and meridians,medication frequency,medication clustering and medication-symptom patterns.Results A total of 637 prescriptions were included.The prescriptions containing Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum were mainly used to treat low back pain,frequent urination,urine turbidity and other symptoms caused by kidney yang deficiency and kidney yin deficiency.The compatibility drugs are mainly warm,sweet and kidney meridian drugs.The drugs with higher frequency were Cistanches Herba,Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata,Cinnamomi Cortex.The compatibility features mainly focused on warming and tonifying kidney yang,nourishing essence and filling marrow,while also balancing medicinal properties,coordinating multiple meridians,promoting qi circulation and blood circulation.Clustering analysis yielded four new prescriptions.Conclusion Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum is often combined with drugs such as warming yang,astringency,promoting blood circulation,and strengthening tendons in the treatment of various kidney deficiency related diseases.By tonifying kidney yang,nourishing essence and blood,it synergistically enhances the therapeutic effect and improves symptoms.关键词
