Discussion on the Prevention and Treatment of Colorectal Cancer Based on the Six Meridians Dialectical Theory in the Treatise on Febrile Diseases

Abstract
Colorectal cancer,as a common malignant tumor,is closely related to the imbalance of the internal and external environment of the human body in its occurrence and development.This article is based on the theory of six meridians differentiation in the classic Chinese medicine"Treatise on Cold Damage",and explores in depth the prevention and treatment strategies for colorectal cancer.From the perspective of the differentiation of the six meridians,the formation of colorectal cancer is not only related to the invasion of external pathogens and the imbalance of the internal environment caused by the transmission of the six meridians,but also closely related to pathological mechanisms such as muscle and pulse congestion,blood stasis and internal structure,as well as the generation of pathogenic heat and obstruction of organ qi.In addition,cold heat cementation and endogenous dampness are also important pathogenic factors that cannot be ignored.In treatment,emphasis should be placed on warming yang and strengthening the body to prevent the spread of diseases.At the same time,it is necessary to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis to facilitate ventilation,clear heat and eliminate accumulation to unblock the organs and qi,and restore the balance of the body by regulating cold and heat and clearing the three burners.This prevention and treatment strategy for colorectal cancer based on the differentiation of six meridians embodies the holistic concept and characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine,and is expected to provide new treatment ideas and methods for modern medicine.关键词
