中医药多维干预绝经后骨质疏松症
Traditional Chinese Medicine's Multidimensional Management of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis
摘要
Abstract
Postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)is a bone metabolism disorder caused by a decrease in estrogen levels in menopausal women,characterized by decreased bone density,microstructural damage,and increased bone fragility.Although modern medical drugs,such as hormone replacement therapy,have significant therapeutic effects in improving bone metabolism indicators,long-term use may lead to adverse reactions and higher treatment costs.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine theories of"kidney governs bone and generates marrow"and"spleen governs transportation and transformation",traditional Chinese medicine has demonstrated unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of PMOP through multidimensional strategies such as drug intervention,non drug therapy,and lifestyle management.Systematically combed the basic research mechanism and clinical application results,combined with classical theory and modern practice,the mechanism of Chinese medicine regulating bone metabolism signal pathway,acupuncture and moxibustion improving bone microenvironment,and Chinese medicine fumigation promoting local circulation was emphatically explained.Ultimately,a comprehensive intervention strategy integrating traditional Chinese medicine formulas,physical therapy,and exercise lifestyle management is proposed to provide a more comprehensive and scientific theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of PMOP with traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
