国家专利中药复方治疗类风湿关节炎用药规律分析
Analysis on the Medication Law of National Patent TCM Compounds for the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Abstract
Objective To explore the medication law of national patent TCM compounds for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)based on data mining.Methods The patent database of the State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China was retrieved to obtain the patent data of TCM compounds for the treatment of RA from December 1,1994 to August 1,2024;Excel 2016 was used to establish a patent formula database and perform data standardization.SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used for Apriori association rule analysis.Cytoscape 3.8.2 software was used to construct complex network analysis.Excel 2016 and SPSS Statistics 27.0 were used for drug frequency statistics,systematic clustering and factor analysis.Results A total of 335 TCM compound patents for the treatment of RA were included,involving 512 kinds of Chinese materia medica,with a total frequency of 4 586.31 kinds of high-frequency Chinese materia medica(frequency≥45)were analyzed,with Angelicae Sinensis Radix being the most frequently used medicine.Among the 142 Chinese materia medica with a frequency of use≥5,tonifying deficiency medicine were used the most,with bitter,pungent and sweet being the main tastes,and warm being the main property,mainly affecting the liver,kidney and spleen meridians.Association rule analysis showed that commonly used medicinal pair was Olibanum-Myrrha.The combination with high confidence was Paeoniae Radix Alba-Saposheikovize Radix-Cinnamomi Ramulus.Clustering analysis showed that three new prescriptions were obtained,and 12 factors were extracted through factor analysis.New prescription included Citrus Reticulata-Pterocarpus Macrocarpus-Achyranthes Bidentata-Vitex Trifolia-Cirsium Japonicum-Polygoni Avicularis-Eupatorium Fortunei-Cannabis Sativa-Leucas Asperifolia-Prunus Armeniaca-Phaseolus Coccineus-Buhnera Scabra-Aristolochia Cucurbitifolia-Smilax Glabra-Polygonum Perfoliatum-Houttuynia Cordata.Conclusion The national patent TCM compounds for the treatment of RA is mainly used to dispel rheumatism and unblock collaterals,and also to replenish qi and blood,relieve cold and pain,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,tonify liver and kidney,and strengthen muscles and bones.关键词
