基于数据挖掘探究中医治疗肾虚型先兆流产用药规律
Exploration on the Medication Law in TCM Treatment of Threatened Abortion with Kidney Deficiency Type Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To explore the medication law of TCM in the treatment of threatened abortion using data mining technology;To provide theoretical basis for practical diagnosis and treatment.Methods Research literature about TCM in the treatment of threatened abortion with kidney deficiency type was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and CBM from January 1,2000 to September 16,2024.The database was established by Excel 2016 software,and the drug frequency,property,taste and meridian statistics,complex network,system clustering and association rules were analyzed by using the Ancient and Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform 2.3.9 and SPSS Statistics 26.0,Cytoscape 3.10 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 software.Results A total of 212 articles were included,involving 219 prescriptions and 93 kinds of Chinese materia medica.The properties were mainly neutral and slight warm,and the tastes were mainly sweet and bitter,mainly belonging to the liver,kidney and spleen meridians.The core drugs were Taxilli Herba,Dipsaci Radix,Cuscutae Semen,Asini Corii Colla,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Paeoniae Radix Alba and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.The core drug combinations were Dipsaci Radix→Semen,Semen→Dipsaci Radix,Taxilli Herba→Dipsaci Radix,Taxilli Herba→Semen.Five new prescription combinations were obtained by systematic clustering analysis.Conclusion The basic treatment method of threatened abortion with kidney deficiency type is mainly based on tonifying kidney and spleen,nourishing essence and preventing miscarriage,based on Shoutai Pill,supplemented by regulating qi,clearing heat and hemostasis,making good use of qi invigorating drugs and yang invigorating drugs,and paying attention to the coordination of liver,spleen and kidney,which can provide medication ideas and reference basis for TCM treatment of threatened abortion with kidney deficiency type.关键词
