Acupoint Selection Law of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for the Treatment of Diabetes in TCM Ancient Books Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To analyze the acupoint selection law of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of diabetes in TCM ancient books using data mining technology.Methods The items of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of diabetes were retrieved from Zhong Hua Yi Dian.Excel 2021 software was used to collect data and carry out acupoint frequency statistics,acupoint meridian analysis and specific acupoint frequency statistics.SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used to analyze association rules;Cytoscape 3.10.0 software was used to draw acupoint co-occurrence network;Python language was used to analyze complex network.Results A total of 125 items about acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of diabetes were included.High frequency acupoints involved Rangu,Shuigou,Chengjiang,Yishe,Yangchi,Zhonglüshu,Xingjian,Duiduan,Xiaochangshu,Shenshu;the meridians with more frequency were bladder meridian,kidney meridian,Conception Vessel;complex network analysis showed that Chengjiang,Rangu,Yinbai,Jinjin and Yuye were the core prescriptions.Conclusion The acupoint compatibility of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of diabetes is mainly based on the bladder meridian,kidney meridian and Conception Vessel,which reflects the treatment principle of"Where a meridian passes,there it governs".The application of high-frequency acupoints and specific acupoints reflects the treatment idea of nourishing yin and clearing heat and regulating the function of zang-fu organs.关键词
