Abstract
Objective To explore the core prescription law of Zhao Yonggang in treating degenerative spinal osteoarthritis using data mining techniques.Methods The outpatient medical records of Zhao Yonggang from January 1 to December 31,2023 were selected.Tthe data were entered into the Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform 2.3.9 to analyze symptom characteristics and common prescriptions.Association rules and dot mutual information method were used to analyze the compatibility rule,clustering analysis and complex network analysis to obtain the core TCM prescriptions.Results A total of 324 cases were included in this study,involving 212 kinds of Chinese materia medica,among which Angelicae Sinensis Radix had the highest frequency(230 times).The efficacy of the herbs was statistically analyzed,revealing that the most frequently used were those that strengthen the muscles and bones.The main property was warm,the main tastes were sweet,pungent and bitter,and the main meridians were the liver,lung and heart meridians.Through association analysis obtained 9 common medicinal pairs.Clustering analysis found that the high-frequency drugs were classified into 4 categories.The core prescription was Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Rehmannine Radix,Poria,Persicae Semen,Astragali Radix,Bupleuri Radix,processed Hirudo,Puerariae Lobatue Radix,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,salt-processed Plantaginis Semen,wine-processed Corni Fructus and Eucommiae Cortex.Conclusion Zhao Yonggang pays attention to tonifying liver and kidney,regulating qi and blood,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of degenerative spinal osteoarthritis.关键词
