基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer的小青龙汤治疗支气管哮喘研究文献可视化分析
Visualization Analysis on Research Literature about Xiaoqinglong Decoction in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma Based on CiteSpace and VOSviewer

Abstract
Objective To visually analyze the research literature about the treatment of bronchial asthma with Xiaoqinglong Decoction;To explore the research status,research hotspots and development trends in this field.Methods Research literature about the treatment of bronchial asthma with Xiaoqinglong Decoction was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP from January 1,2000 to March 25,2024.CiteSpace 6.2.R2 and VOSviewer software were used to perform visualization analysis on the authors,research institutions,keywords of the selected literature.Results A total of 683 articles were included.The annual number of published papers generally shows an upward-stable-downward trend.A total of 502 authors were included,forming research teams with Yu Zhou,Yu Suping,Hui Ping and Guo Jie as the cores;a total of 422 research institutions were included,the cooperation mainly between the TCM universities and affiliated hospitals,and the inter agency cooperation was relatively scattered.A total of 362 keywords were included,and the high-frequency keywords were"Xiaoqinglong Decoction","asthma","lung function","clinical efficacy",etc.The clustering labels and emergent words were 10 and 25,respectively.Conclusion With the continuous development of this field,the current research hotspots are pathological research,the experience of famous doctors and clinical observation.It is still necessary to strengthen the cooperation between authors and institutions.关键词
