中药炮制辅料米泔水质量标准研究
Study on Quality Standard of Rice Water of Processing Materials of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Objective To improve and perfect the quality standards of rice water to ensure the stable quality of rice water pro-cessed traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.Methods The clarification and pH value of rice water were determined.U-sing L-lysine as the control substance,thin layer chromatography(TLC)was used to qualitatively identify the rice water.The to-tal amino acid content and enzyme activity were determined by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV)method.Results The tur-bidity values of the 10 batches of samples ranged from 2.280-3.412.The pH values of the 10 batches ranged from 6.14-6.58.The TLC spots were clear and repeatable.The linear range of the total amino acid was 5.31-53.1 μg(r=0.999 0),and the recoveries were 97.54%-100.1%(RSD=0.9%).The total amino acid content was 1.19-1.47 mg·mL-1,and the en-zyme activity was 5.42-6.37 U·L-1.Conclusion The quality control method of rice water was improved.The method is accu-rate,stable and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of rice water.关键词
