益胃汤合麦门冬汤对脾胃虚弱型胃痞(慢性胃炎)临床预后及肠道菌群的影响
Effects of Yiwei Decoction(益胃汤)and Maimendong Decoction(麦门冬汤)on Clinical Prognosis and Intestinal Flora of Patients with Stomach Stuffiness of Spleen-Stomach Weakness Type(Chronic Gastritis)

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Yiwei Decoction(益胃汤)and Maimendong Decoction(麦门冬汤)on the clinical prognosis and intestinal flora of patients with stomach stuffiness of spleen-stomach weakness type.Methods A total of 116 patients with stomach stuffiness of spleen-stomach weakness type were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,58 cases in each group.The control group was given quadruple therapy,and the observation group was treated with Yiwei Decoction and Maimendong Decoction on the basis of the control group for 4 weeks.Before and after the treatment,the two groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,serum indexes,gastrointesti-nal hormones,Helicobacter pylori(Hp)conversion and intestinal flora.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the ob-servation group was 94.83%(55/58),which was significantly better than that(79.31%,46/58)of the control group(P<0.05),and the Hp clearance rate of the observation group was 96.55%(56/58),while that the control group was 86.21%(50/58).The traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of the patients in both groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and C-reactive protein(CRP)of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of the observation group were signifi-cantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of somatostatin(SS)and epidermal growth factor(EGF)were significantly higher in both groups(P<0.05),and the levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).the level of gastrin(GAS)was significantly lower in both groups,and the level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus increased in both groups compared with those in the pre-treatment period(P<0.05),and Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Staphylococcus and Enterococcus decreased in both groups compared with those in the pre-treatment period(P<0.05),and Staphylococcus and Enterococcus of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Yiwei Decoction combined with Maimendong Decoction on patients with stomach stuffiness of spleen-stomach weakness type is remarkable,which can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the inflammatory reaction and improve the intestinal flora of patients.关键词
