和解清热消积汤治疗小儿反复上呼吸道感染疗效及对临床症状改善、Th1/Th2免疫应答的影响
Effect of Hejie Qingre Xiaoji Decoction(和解清热消积汤)on Recurrent Upper Respiratory Tract Infection in Children and Its Influence on Clinical Symptom Improvement and Th1/Th2 Immune Response

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Hejie Qingre Xiaoji Decoction(和解清热消积汤)on children with recurrent upper respiratory tract infection of lung-spleen Qi deficiency and heat stagnation type.Methods Seventy-two children with recurrent upper respiratory tract infection of lung-spleen Qi deficiency and heat stagnation type who received treatment in department of pediatrics of the hospital were selected from January 2023 to December 2023,and were divided into observation group and control group by simple randomization method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,whereas the observation group was given Hejie Qingfei Xiaoji Decoction on the basis of the control group.The improve-ment degrees of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions after 1 week of treatment and TCM syndromes scores,T lymphocyte sub-sets[cluster of differentiation 3+(CD3+),cluster of differentiation 4+(CD4+),cluster of differentiation 8+(CD8+),CD4+/CD8+],immunoglobulins[immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin G(IgG)]and Th1/Th2 immune response indicators[interleukin-2(IL-2),interferon-gamma(IFN-γ),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10)]before treatment and after 1 week of treatment were compared between groups.Results After 1 week of treatment,the improvement times of clinical symptoms,TCM syndromes scores,the levels of CD8+,IL-4 and IL-10 in the two groups were significantly lower than those in control group(P＜0.05)while the levels of T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+),immuno-globulins and Th1/Th2 immune response indicators(IL-2,IFN-γ)were significantly higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Hejie Qingfei Xiaoji Decoction can effectively regu-late the body's immune function of children with recurrent upper respiratory tract infection of lung-spleen Qi deficiency and heat stagnation type,enhance the body's immunity,relieve the clinical symptoms and accelerate the disease recovery process,and it has good clinical efficacy.关键词
