厚皮马拉色菌对中药单体及常用抗真菌药的敏感性评价与联合用药筛选研究
Susceptibility evaluation and combination screening of commonly used antifungals and Chinese herbal monomers against Malassezia pachydermatis

Abstract
This study aimed to evaluate the susceptibility of Malassezia pachydermatis to commonly used antifungals and Chinese herbal monomers,and to screen for combined drug regimens with synergistic antibacterial effects.The antibacterial effects of 11 antifungals and 16 Chinese herbal monomers on three clinical isolates of Malassezia pachydermatis(FS05,SZ06,and GZ07)were detected by the inhibition zone method.Further,the strain SZ06,which showed the strongest drug resistance,was selected as the target,and the MIC and MBC were determined by the microdilution method.The drug combination effects were evaluated by the checkerboard dilution method.The results showed that Malassezia pachydermatis was highly sensitive to itraconazole,ketoconazole,fluconazole,allicin,cinnamaldehyde,eugenol,and anisaldehyde.The MIC values of these drugs for strain SZ06 were 0.25 mg/L,4.00 mg/L,128.00 mg/L,7.81 mg/L,15.60 mg/L,125.00 mg/L,and 62.50 mg/L,respectively.The combination drug sensitivity test indicated that the FICI values of allicin and anisaldehyde,allicin and cinnamaldehyde,and anisaldehyde and cinnamaldehyde were all less than 1,showing synergistic effects and significantly prolonging the logarithmic growth phase of bacteria.This study demonstrated that some Chinese herbal monomers and their combined regimens have antibacterial potential against Malassezia pachydermatis,providing reference for drug development and the clinical treatment of skin infections caused by this fungus.关键词
