基于CiteSpace的浮针疗法可视化分析及优势病种研究现状
Visual Analysis of Floating Needle Therapy Based on CiteSpace and Research Status of Dominant Diseases

Abstract
Objective To explore the hotspots and cutting-edge trends in the clinical application of floating acupuncture,and the clinical research progress and mechanism exploration achievements of its dominant diseases.Methods Clinical research literature about floating needle was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP from January 1,1997 to March 7,2025.Citespace 6.3.R1 software was used to visually analyze the authors,institutions and keywords.Results A total of 1 306 articles were included.The number of clinical research literature about floating needle generally showed an upward trend.Institutions that issued a large number of documents included Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine;the authors who published a large number of articles included Fu Zhonghua,Lu Jin,Li Xinwei,etc.;the high-frequency keywords included"clinical efficacy","pain","acupuncture therapy","periarthritis of the shoulder","stroke";emergent analysis showed that arthralgia syndrome,quality of life and lumbar function have been the hotspots of concern for researchers in recent years.Conclusion The clinical research teams of floating needle have close internal and regional cooperation with local institutions,but there is less inter-team and cross-regional cooperation.Future cooperation still needs to be established.Arthralgia syndrome and stroke are the dominant diseases of floating needle therapy.Formulating more complete clinical efficacy standards,designing more standardized clinical trials,and integrating TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment may be the future trends of clinical research on floating needle.关键词
