高效液相色谱-波长切换法同时测定养血安神片中蟛蜞菊内酯等3种成分的含量
One step assay of three ingredients in Yangxue Anshen tablets

Abstract
The objective was to establish a HPLC-wavelength switching method for the simultaneous determination of wedelolactone,2,3,5,4´-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside(abbreviated as stilbene glycoside),and emodin in Yangxue Anshen tablets.Separation was performed on a Shim-pack GWS C18 column(250.0 mm×4.6 mm,5µm)using a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 0.1%phosphoric acid solution in a gradient elution mode.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the column temperature was maintained at 35℃.Detection was carried out using a diode array detector with wavelength switching:wedelolactone at 351 nm,stilbene glycoside at 320 nm,and emodin at 254 nm.The results showed that three components presented good resolution with satisfactory linearity(r>0.999),precision(RSD<2%),repeatability(RSD<2%),and recovery rates(95.32%-102.00%).This method is rapid,accurate and reproducible,it is suitable for multi-component quality evaluation of Yangxue Anshen tablets.关键词
