Abstract
In modern breeding environments,livestock and poultry often suffer from conditions such as spleen-stomach weakness and failure of clear Yang to rise due to improper feeding management,chronic illness exhaustion,and other factors.Tonifying the Middle-Jiao and elevating Yang is precisely the key therapeutic principle for addressing such"deficiency"and"sinking"conditions.Focusing on the core of this principle,the author systematically explored the differences in clinical application and suitable cases of three prescriptions Buzhong Yiqi Tang,Shengyang Yiwei Tang,and Huangqi Neituo San to provide references for precise treatment.All three prescriptions take Astragali Radix as the sovereign herb to lay the foundation for tonifying the Middle-Jiao and elevating Yang,but there are significant differences in their formulation ideas and main therapeutic focuses.Buzhong Yiqi Tang is combined with Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma to invigorate the spleen and replenish Qi,and assisted with Cimicifugae Rhizoma and Bupleuri Radix to guide Yang upward.It mainly targets symptoms such as chronic diarrhea,proctoptosis,and uterine prolapse caused by spleen-stomach Qi deficiency and failure of clear Yang to rise,improving the overall state of Qi deficiency and sinking through tonification and elevation.On the basis of replenishing Qi,Shengyang Yiwei Tang adds Coptidis Rhizoma and Pinelliae Rhizoma to clear heat and harmonize the stomach,while addressing damp-heat in the stomach.It is suitable for spleen-stomach Qi deficiency complicated with stomach heat disturbance,manifested as stuffiness and fullness in the gastric cavity and Yin deficiency with stomach heat,embodying the simultaneous implementation of elevating Yang and clearing stomach heat.Huangqi Neituo San is combined with Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Chuanxiong Rhizoma to activate blood circulation and dredge collaterals,and supplemented with Gleditsiae Spina and Lonicerae Japonicae Flos to clear heat,detoxify,and expel toxins outward.It is used in the middle and late stages of sores and ulcers where Qi deficiency fails to expel toxins,supporting pathogen expulsion by tonifying the Middle-Jiao and elevating Yang.In clinical application,the principle of"Qi deficiency as the root cause and complicated symptoms as secondary manifestations"must be adhered to.Buzhong Yiqi Tang is the first choice for Qi deficiency without complications;Shengyang Yiwei Tang is selected for Qi deficiency complicated with stomach heat;and Huangqi Neituo San is used for Qi deficiency complicated with unhealed purulence and corruption in sores and ulcers.The differentiated application of the three prescriptions not only enriches the clinical practice of the"tonifying the Middle-Jiao and elevating Yang"therapy,but also provides a practical example for the accuracy of"same therapy with different prescriptions"in TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.关键词
