Abstract
Classical prescription is mainly a general term for more than 200 prescriptions in Shanghan Lun(《伤寒论》)and Jingui Yaolue(《金匮要略》)written by ZHANG Ji.It has the characteristics of standard compatibility and reliable curative effects,and is still widely used in clinical practice.Shanghan Lun is the first clinical work in China which is complete in theory,treatment methods,prescription,and medicine,and systematically summarizes the medical achievements before the Han Dynasty.In Shanghan Lun,ZHANG Ji discussed a lot about the treatment of external pathogenic factor invasion,and recorded many classic prescriptions for the treatment of external pathogenic factor invasion,such as Guizhi decoction(桂枝汤),Gegen decoction(葛根汤),and Xiaochaihu decoction(小柴胡汤).The classical prescription in the treatment of external pathogenic factor invasion has a remarkable effect.Anorectal diseases are common clinical diseases,the clinical manifestations include pain,blood stool,prolapse and so on.In recent years,the number of patients with anorectal disease has been increasing,and the treatment methods have been enriched,but some patients still need surgical treatment.After the operation,some patients lack of healthy Qi(气)and are susceptible to external pathogens,which can be manifested as cough,fever,muscle pain,fatigue and other external symptoms,which is not conducive to postoperative recovery.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of postoperative external pathogenic factor invasion starts from the whole,and pays attention to syndrome differentiation and treatment by combing tonification and purgation which has the advantages of reliable curative effects and small adverse reactions,can effectively reduce the pain of patients and shorten the course of external pathogenic factor invasion.Western medicine believes that external pathogenic factor invasion after surgery are mainly due to different degrees of decline in immunity after surgery,coupled with the invasion of pathogenic microorganisms,the treatment is usually applied to relieve heat and analgesia,antiviral,anti-bacteria and so on.This paper will elaborate the definition,etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of postoperative external pathogenic factor invasion in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine respectively.Clinical medical case analysis will be carried out on three cases of external postoperative pathogenic factor invasion of anorectal diseases treated with classical prescriptions,in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.关键词
