Abstract
This paper uses the SWOT analysis model to discuss the development status of the beef cattle industry in Qiannan Prefec-ture,pointing out its disadvantages such as low foundation and standardization level,relatively single feed raw materials with high costs,and insufficient market expansion and brand building.It also faces threats including restrictions from feeding management levels,environmental protection pressures,and market price fluctuations.On this basis,development paths are proposed from as-pects such as genetic resource protection and breed improvement innovation,green development transformation of the industry,in-novative production-marketing integration and brand building,policy guidance and technical services,and cultivation of leading en-terprises to promote industrial chain optimization,with a view to providing references for accelerating the high-quality development of the beef cattle industry in Qiannan Prefecture.关键词
