Abstract
Against the backdrop of accelerated urbanization,urban gas pipeline networks exhibit character-istics such as complex layouts,confined space operations,coverage of densely populated areas,and intersec-tions with multiple municipal pipelines.Coupled with factors including overloaded operations,aging and corro-sion of old pipelines,illegal operations,and man-made damage,gas leakage accidents occur frequently,seri-ously threatening public safety and property.However,traditional monitoring technologies and products can no longer meet the current safety management demands.To address these challenges,this study proposes an all-weather leakage monitoring system and method for gas pipeline networks.By integrating core functions such as combustible gas concentration monitoring,liquid level monitoring,construction vibration monitoring,anti-theft alarm,and tracking and positioning,an intelligent and automated monitoring system has been developed,ac-companied by adaptive products in two installation forms:ground marker pile type and underground buried type.The system achieves full-coverage 24 h online monitoring of gas pipeline networks,enabling real-time cap-ture of leakage and safety risk signals and rapid localization of potential hazard locations.Practical applications have shown that the system's leakage monitoring response time is 40 to 160 seconds,the leakage location accu-racy is no more than 5 meters,the construction vibration monitoring within 25 meters is identified,and the GPS positioning accuracy is no more than 1 meter.This effectively enhances the timeliness of risk early warning and the precision of control in the pipeline network,providing full-process technical support for the safe operation of urban gas pipeline networks.关键词
