Abstract
Safety training is a vital link for enterprises to ensure the conduct of production and business op-erations and safeguard the life safety of employees.With the rapid development of information technology,the digital and intelligent transformation of safety training has become an inevitable trend.This paper analyzes the current status and existing problems of the digital-intelligent transformation of enterprise safety training,and pro-poses methods to make training more accurate and efficient,which include developing precision-tailored content systems,deepening technological integration,strengthening resource coordination,and establishing closed-loop evaluation management.These approaches prove effective in elevating safety training standards,reducing acci-dent occurrence rates,Further strengthen and improve the pertinence,effectiveness,timeliness and practicality of safety training work and maximizing the economic and social benefits of safety training across enterprises.关键词
