摘要

Abstract

'Yannong Guiyou'was used as the famale parent and'Yannong Maohua''Yannong Hanxiang'and'Yannong Aoxue'was used as the male parents for hybridization,the effects of low-temperature stress on the hybrid offspring were investigated through morphological investigation and cold resistance analysis,in order to provide reference for the breeding of cold-resistant ground cover chrysanthemums.The results showed that the flower color of the offspring from'Yannong Guiyou'×'Yannong Maohua'was yellow,and the plant height,inflorescence diameter and other traits were significantly higher than those of the parents,while the stem diameter,leaf width,and number of tubular flowers were between the parents.At 0 ℃,the relative conductivity of the offspring from'Yannong Guiyou'×'Yannong Maohua'was 70.1%,lower than that of'Yannong Guiyou',indicating a certain degree of cold resistance.Further measurement of the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),and catalase(CAT),and the content of proline(Pro)in the parents and hybrid offspring revealed that they increased with the decrease in temperature,and the hybrid offspring were all higher than the female parent'Yannong Guiyou',while the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was lower than that of'Yannong Guiyou'.At 5 ℃,the expression levels of Cm ICE and CmDREB in the hybrid offspring were 1.95 times and 2.35 times that of'Yannong Guiyou',respectively.
