国医大师王琦治疗糖尿病医案讨论与用药经验分析
Discussion on the medical cases and analysis of medication experience of National TCM Master Wang Qi in treating diabetes

Abstract
Diabetes is a common chronic disease.It is a metabolic disease characterized by glucose metabolism disorder.TCM has a long history and unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of diabetes.Focusing on the medical case of diabetes by Wang Qi,a National TCM Master,this article,in the form of group medical case discussion,explores his intent from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,medical case introduction,and medication experience,and summarizes Wang's clinical experience in treating diabetes in combination with literature.Wang holds that the core pathogenesis of diabetes is"spleen deficiency as the root,and dryness-heat and stasis as the manifestation",and the treatment principle should be"tonifying qi and promoting transportation,clearing heat and resolving stasis",integrating the diagnostic model of"differentiation of TCM constitutions,disease,and syndrome".Through group discussions based on medical case resources,this approach aims to extract experience,inspire thinking,and provide a reference for the inheritance mode of TCM academic thought.关键词
