抑木扶土综合疗法在突发性聋的临床应用
Clinical application of comprehensive therapy of suppressing wood-supporting earth in sudden sensorineural hearing loss

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive therapy of suppressing wood-supporting earth in sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SSHL)and provide scientific basis for further improving the treatment plan and clinical application of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Methods This study retrospectively analyzed 264 SSHL patients with liver constraint and spleen deficiency who were admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology at Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to May 2024.According to the medication plan,the patients were divided into observation group(given routine treatment and the therapy of suppressing wood-supporting earth)and control group(routine treatment),with a treatment course of 14 days for both groups.We compared the pure tone hearing threshold tests of two groups before and after treatment,overall treatment effectiveness,and analyzed the efficacy for different hearing curve subtypes,accompanying symptoms,and comorbidities.Results Compared with before treatment,the pure tone hearing threshold test of both groups with impaired frequency decreased(P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P=0.021).The classification result of different hearing curves showed that patients with flat decline had significant therapeutic effects(P=0.015).There was no statistically significant difference in low-frequency decline type,high-frequency decline type,and total deafness type(P>0.05).After treatment,patients with tinnitus,ear tightness,and dizziness showed higher efficacy in the observation group(P=0.001,P=0.021,P=0.006).Among patients with different underlying health conditions,the treatment effect of SSHL patients with sleep disorder combined with TCM was better than that of conventional treatment(P=0.046),and there was no statistical significance between the two groups in patients with diabetes,hypertension,and hyperlipidemia(P>0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive therapy of suppressing wood-supporting earth can effectively improve the impaired hearing of patients with SSHL,improve accompanying symptoms,and enhance overall efficacy.关键词
