基于肝脾同调理论探讨体复康治疗中枢疲劳的机理
Exploring the mechanism of Tifukang in treating central fatigue based on the theory of simultaneous regulation of liver and spleen
摘要
Abstract
Central fatigue refers to a physiological and psychological process caused by long-term mental stress and other causes of central nervous system disease,which leads to increased fatigue,reduced cognitive function,and reduced motivation.Currently,there are no specific effective treatments.Tifukang is Professor Yang Weiyi's empirical formula for combating fatigue and has shown good efficacy against central fatigue,but its mechanism of treating central fatigue is still unclear.In this paper,starting from the composition principles of the Tifukang Chinese herbal compound,and integrating the result of modern pharmacological research,this paper explores the mechanism of this formula in treating central fatigue from the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine,based on the theory of simultaneous regulation of the liver and spleen,and referencing the key pathogenesis of central fatigue involving liver disharmony leading to impaired conveyance and dispersion,and spleen disharmony leading to impaired transportation and transformation.The aim is to provide a theoretical basis for fundamental and clinical research on Tifukang for treating central fatigue,and to potentially open new avenues for the diagnosis and treatment of central fatigue.关键词
