《傅青主男科》"痰阻精道"理论治疗男性不育症思想浅析
A brief analysis of treating male infertility from the perspective of"phlegm obstructing the sperm pathway"in Fu Qingzhu's Andrology

Abstract
Fu Qingzhu's Andrology is the first monograph in China titled specifically andrology.In this book,the theory of"phlegm obstructing the sperm pathway"was proposed for the first time,suggesting that the blockage of phlegm is a crucial pathological mechanism of male infertility.Its formation is closely related to kidney yin deficiency,decline of the life gate fire,and spleen qi deficiency.Fu Qingzhu emphasized that the treatment of male infertility should focus on resolving phlegm throughout the process,employing three method:nourishing yin to clear fire,warming the kidney to support yang,and boosting qi to resolve phlegm and turbidity.This article aims to systematically summarize Fu Qingzhu's academic thoughts and medication characteristics in resolving phlegm to aid fertility,compare them with contemporary physicians,and explore their academic value by integrating modern medicine and clinical practice,thereby providing new insights for the clinical research of Traditional Chinese Medicine in diagnosing and treating male infertility.关键词
