从厥阴病辨治胃癌前病变的思路
Differentiation and treatment ideas for gastric precancerous lesions from the perspective of jueyin diseases

Abstract
Chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia and/or atypical hyperplasia is a precancerous lesion of gastric cancer(PLGC).Jueyin meridian is the intersection of two yin meridians and the interior of the three yin meridians,and its corresponding zang-fu organs are characterized by being rich in blood but deficient in qi.Jueyin Diseases are characterized by the imbalance of yin and yang,leading to a complex pattern of cold and heat,with cold in the lower part and heat in the upper part.The overall condition is fundamentally deficient and cold,with manifestations of excess and heat as secondary features.The essence of PLGC is the disconnection of yin and yang and the loss of harmony in qi and blood.Deficiency patterns are the basic pattern of PLGC,and the characteristics of intermingled deficiency and excess,as well as cold and heat,are prominent in the middle and late stages of PLGC.The condition originates from the deficiency of spleen yang and the failure of liver cold to close,progresses with the disturbance of ministerial fire and the generation of phlegm-dampness and heat,and manifests as the failure of initial yang to arise and the loss of coordination between cold and heat.Restoring the balance of yin and yang in jueyin is the main treatment method for PLGC,which specifically includes:restoring the ascending and descending of qi,harmonizing cold and heat in the middle;promoting yang and breaking yin,protecting the body while using restraints;and being flexible and adaptable without being bound by one fixed mode.The approach to treating precancerous lesions of gastric cancer from the perspective of jueyin diseases is illustrated with clinical cases.关键词
