基于"阴常不足"从肾虚瘀毒论治肿瘤相关性贫血
Treatment of cancer-related anemia from the perspective of kidney deficiency,blood stasis,and toxin based on the theory of"constant yin deficiency"
摘要
Abstract
Cancer-related anemia(CRA)is one of the common complications in patients with malignant tumors.Insufficient yin and kidney deficiency with stasis toxin are not isolated pathological states;they jointly promote the progression of the disease.Kidney deficiency and stasis toxin are the main pathogenesis of CRA,which is manifested as:yin deficiency with yang exuberance,bone depletion and marrow exhaustion;water fails to nourish wood,yin deficiency and marrow stasis;blood stasis and toxins accumulate in the bone marrow.The treatment of CRA based on pattern differentiation and treatment involves:replenishing essence and generating marrow,nourishing yin and suppressing yang;nourishing water to support wood,eliminating blood stasis and generating new life;eliminating toxins and resolving blood stasis,nourishing yin and generating blood.This is also elaborated based on clinical cases on treating CRA from the perspective of"constant yin deficiency"based on the theory of kidney deficiency and stasis toxin.关键词
