基于表面织构的轮胎耐磨性能提升研究
Research on improving tire wear resistance based on surface texture

Abstract
For electric vehicles,tire wear is more severe due to their relatively higher weight and high initial driving torque.To improve the tire wear resistance,a 205/55R16 passenger car tire is taken as the research object.Then,a finite element model of the tire is built and its reliability is validated.Based on the classified driving conditions,a composite-condition wear resistance evaluation index is made.Under a constant land-to-sea ratio,the tribological modification of the tread is conducted with continuous groove surface texture.Then,the key structure parameters of the groove texture are selected.An experimental scheme is designed using the central composite design method.Finally,the optimal combination of groove texture parameters for maximum wear resistance is determined by the response surface methodology.Results indicate the frictional energy loss rate is down by 186 J/s after texture optimization.This research may provide a new approach to improving tire wear resistance.关键词
